Neil is your HVACR "MacGyver"...his industry knowledge base is extensive, watching him work is like watching an artist paint, and when he doesn't have the answer you can be sure he will do everything to find it, learn about it and retain it for the next opportunity. Carrie is your sweet office contact. She is available to help you if you have any questions regarding your invoice, payment, appointments or more. She may not have the technical information but she will always do her best to get you answers.
Technicians
Castle Heating and Cooling does not believe in a revolving door staff. We want our customers to know who is coming to their house and who is working on their equipment. We want you to know us by name and feel confident in our abilities to manage your home or business' mechanical needs. Any technician we send to your home/business will be trained and knowledgeable, and when they don't have the answer, they know that Neil is there for them to answer anything they might not understand. We make sure to utilize todays technological advances so that every customer receives the same top notch service.
